Platform Workspace Data: Depending on your chosen integration, we securely store your Slack Team ID, Discord Guild ID, or Telegram Chat ID, along with the necessary Bot Access Token, and the Channel ID you select for notifications.

Session Data: For website visitors using our chat widget, we use localStorage to store a unique Session ID. This allows the conversation to persist if the page is refreshed.

Message Metadata: We process message timestamps to ensure orderly delivery to Slack, Discord, or Telegram.
02. How We Use Information
Your data is used strictly for:
Routing messages from your website to your designated Slack, Discord, or Telegram channel.
Maintaining the connection between your website and the Slack, Discord, or Telegram API.
We do not sell your data, nor do we use it for advertising.
03. Data Retention & "The Bridge"
7-Day Ephemeral Storage:
To ensure a seamless support experience, we temporarily store chat history for 7 days to prevent data loss during active sessions. This data is automatically and permanently deleted thereafter to maintain your privacy.
Token Security:
Your Platform Access Tokens and Identifiers are stored in a secure, encrypted database provided by Supabase/Render.
